Returns or Exchanges Allowed:

You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can use the shipping provider of your choice for the return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unused condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in the product's value.

Refunds or Exchanges:

If your return is approved, you'll have the option to receive a refund or exchange for a similar item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customized Items:

Please be aware that customized, made-to-order, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part. If you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations:

You can request the cancellation of your order at any time within the first 6 hours after placing your order. As part of our commitment to print on demand and promptly ship your products, this time window allows flexibility for adjusting your orders.

After the initial 1 hours have passed since the order was placed, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept cancellations. This is because our products are customized and specifically manufactured according to your preferences. Once the printing or shipping process has commenced, it is not possible to halt it.

How to Request a Cancellation:

To request the cancellation of your order within the 6-hour timeframe, please get in touch with us by e-mail at support@01posterstreet.com and provide the details of your order. We will be delighted to assist you in the cancellation process.

Refunds:

If you have canceled within the allowable timeframe, we will provide you with a full refund. Please be aware that refunds may take a little time to process, but we will diligently work to ensure you receive your refund in a timely manner.

Damaged or Broken Products Upon Arrival:

If you receive a product that is damaged or broken upon arrival, please contact us within the first 7 days from the date of receiving your order. Provide photos of the product and any visible damage to the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This may include issuing a replacement.

Products that Do Not Match Your Order:

In the event that you receive a product that does not match your order, please get in touch with us within the first 7 days from the date of receiving your order and provide details about the error. We will make every effort to rectify the situation, either by sending the correct product.


European Union 14 day cooling off period:


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
