Rest assured that each print we offer has a resolution of over 310 dpi (dots per inch), so you will never receive a pixelated poster even at a large size.

The available sizes are listed when selecting your poster. We have posters ranging from 13 x 18 cm - 5 x 7 inches to 100 x 150 cm - 40 x 60 inches.

If you need a size that is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will assist you.

Frame Properly: If you plan to frame your poster elegantly, make sure to do so in a clean, moisture-free area to keep it pristine.

Avoid Sun Exposure: Just as you wouldn't want to sunburn, your poster prefers to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. It's all about that UV protection!

Gentle Cleaning: Handle it with care; use a soft cloth and clean hands to wipe away dust or fingerprints. Avoid using chemicals or excess water, as they could damage the print.

Smart Storage: If you're giving your poster some downtime, store it flat in a dry place, away from humidity and intense direct light.

We offer different packaging depending on the size of the poster, as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped.

Our standard packaging for posters is:

Rigid tube for posters larger than A4

Occasionally, we may include a flyer in the package with advertising information or offers from our store. If you prefer the package to be free of any branding, please let us know in the comments when placing your order.

We process orders on demand within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been processed, shipping time depends on the delivery location. Approximate delivery times worldwide range from 1 - 7 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates, and while they are usually honored, on rare occasions some items may be delayed. This will not be considered a valid reason for return, and we will do our best to assist you if your item is delayed.

Refusing a delivery does not guarantee that the package will be automatically returned.

Due to this, if you wish to cancel your purchase, you can do so within 1 hour after placing your order. After this time frame, cancellation will not be possible as each product is made on demand and will be personalized and printed specifically for you.

The deadline to claim an item that has arrived damaged, incorrect, or broken is within 6 days of purchasing it, along with photographs of the packaging and the damaged item. If you submit your claim outside of this period, we will not be able to offer you a replacement.

In this situation, we will check all the details of your order and provide you with all the information we have, but unfortunately, if the package has not been lost during transit and has clearly been delivered, we will not be responsible.

Unfortunately, on very rare occasions, due to the high demand for a specific product, shipping is always made from the European Union, which depending on the final destination could involve a customs cost that must be paid by the end customer.
